About Oracle Calendar

The Oracle Calendar (previously called Corporate Time) is CUMC's campus-wide enterprise calendar application. It's an intuitive and easy to use scheduling program that allows for advanced management of calendars, tasks, and more - both for individuals and shared resources such as conference rooms. CUMC's Central Administration department as well as many others currently use the calendar.

Oracle Calendar features

  • Designate access - assistants can easily manage another's Oracle Calendar as well as their own
  • Resource management - shared resources such as conference rooms or equipment can be managed by as many individuals as necessary at a variety of access levels
  • Multiple interfaces - the same Calendar can be accessed on your PC or Macintosh via Oracle's own client or via your Outlook Calendar, through our web-based client, and on your PDA or smartphone.
  • Access the CUMC Community - many Medical Center departments including Central Administration use Oracle Calendar, giving you the potential to view other schedules and easily request meetings across departments. This depends on access levels set on individual Calendars and Resources.

Requesting Access

To use the Oracle Calendar at CUMC, you must have both an account and a way to access the calendar. There is a web based version, but complete functionality is only available by using the Oracle Calendar Client or Outlook Professional with the Oracle Connector for Outlook installed.

To request an Oracle Calendar account, please use our online form. Account fees are $29 per year.

To request the Oracle Calendar client on your computer, you can log on to CUbhis eSupport to see about immediate installation, or submit our Software Installation Request form.

The Oracle Connector for Outlook can be downloaded here.
