CUMC IT eSupport Remote Assistance Survey

Thank you for using eSupport! Please take a moment to fill out our survey so we can work to be sure we're providing the best service possible to CUMC.

Our intention with eSupport is to provide faster problem resolution by reducing the need for over the phone instruction and the wait involved with having a technician to come out to work on the computer. Where possible, please be specific in your comments about individual technicians or services to better assist us in improving our support.
